Terms Of Service

Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wolf Pack Detail Co., LLC, doing business as Wolf Pack RV Detailing ("we," "us," or "our").

By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, enrolling in a membership plan, or signing up to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Who We Are

Wolf Pack Detail Co., LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing mobile recreational vehicle detailing services in Central Florida. We travel to your location and perform exterior detailing on RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and similar vehicles.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, book our services, enroll in a membership plan, or sign up to receive text messages from us.

By using our services you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly provide services to, collect information from, or send text messages to anyone under 18.

4. Our Services

4.1 What We Provide

We provide mobile exterior detailing, including washing, sealing, polishing, oxidation and gel coat restoration, roof cleaning, awning cleaning, and related add-on services. The specific services you receive are the ones listed on your quote, booking confirmation, or invoice.

For commercial customers such as dealerships, rental fleets, and storage operators, we also provide interior cleaning and reconditioning on units that are not occupied as a residence.

4.2 What We Do Not Provide

To set clear expectations, the following are outside the scope of our services:

Interior cleaning of privately owned RVs. We do not enter or clean the interior of an RV that is used as a personal living space.

Roof sealing, caulking, or seal replacement. This is RV repair work, not detailing. We will point out problems we notice and can refer you to a mobile RV technician.

Paint, body, fiberglass, or structural repair.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or appliance work of any kind.

Pest, mold, or biohazard remediation.

We may decline any job we believe is unsafe, outside our expertise, or likely to damage the vehicle.

4.3 Service Area and Travel Fees

We serve Central Florida. Jobs within approximately 35 minutes of Winter Garden have no travel fee. Jobs between roughly 35 and 70 minutes away carry a travel fee, which is waived on jobs over a stated amount or when we service two or more vehicles at the same location. Locations beyond that range are served for commercial and multi-unit work only. Current fees and boundaries are provided with your quote.

5. Booking, Access, and Scheduling

5.1 Quotes and Estimates

Exterior services are priced by the linear foot of the vehicle, measured bumper to bumper, with a stated minimum per service. Quotes are based on the information you give us, including vehicle length and condition.

A quote is an estimate, not a fixed price. If the vehicle is materially different from what you described — longer than stated, or with heavy oxidation, severe staining, or contamination that requires significantly more work — we will tell you before starting and give you the option to approve the revised price, reduce the scope, or cancel at no charge.

5.2 Your Responsibilities

So we can do the work safely and properly, you agree to:

Provide safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle for the scheduled time

Obtain any permission required from an RV park, resort, storage facility, HOA, or property owner before we arrive

Tell us in advance about existing damage, previous repairs, aftermarket additions, loose or lifting decals, roof condition, or any area we should avoid

Remove or secure personal items, bikes, grills, and loose equipment from the exterior

Close all windows, vents, hatches, and doors before we begin

Keep children and pets away from the work area

Disclose if the vehicle has had recent paint, decal, or fiberglass work

If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, the site is unsafe, or permission has not been obtained, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation under Section 5.4.

5.3 Weather and Rescheduling

We work outdoors in Florida. We may reschedule for rain, lightning, extreme heat, or other conditions that make the work unsafe or compromise quality. We will contact you as early as we can and offer the next available slot. We are not responsible for costs or losses caused by weather-related rescheduling.

5.4 Cancellation and No-Shows

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

24 or more hours notice: no charge.

Less than 24 hours notice, or we cannot access the vehicle on arrival: we may charge a cancellation fee of up to $75, or the travel fee for your zone, whichever is greater.

Repeated no-shows: we may require prepayment for future bookings or decline further service.

We may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time. If we cancel and you have prepaid, you will receive a full refund of any amount not yet earned.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Payment Terms

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We may require a valid payment card on file at the time of booking. By providing a card, you authorize us to charge it for the services performed, any approved add-ons, and any cancellation fee owed under Section 5.4.

6.2 Add-On Services

Add-on services are charged in addition to the base service. We will not perform an add-on without your approval. Approval given verbally, by text, or in writing is binding.

6.3 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable sales or use tax, which will be added where required by law.

6.4 Failed or Late Payment

If a payment is declined or not received when due, we may suspend service, charge a late fee permitted by law, and recover reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees. Commercial accounts invoiced on net-30 terms are subject to the terms of their written account agreement.

6.5 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect work already booked at a confirmed price, and membership pricing is governed by Section 7.

7. Membership Plans and Automatic Renewal

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Membership plans are recurring subscriptions that bill automatically every month to the payment card you provide, and they renew automatically until you cancel.

By enrolling in a membership plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method the monthly plan amount each month, on the same day of the month, without further notice or action by you, until you cancel as described in Section 7.5.

7.1 What a Membership Includes

Each plan includes a set number of services per year, along with discounts and scheduling priority. The services, number of visits, and benefits are the ones described on our website or in your enrollment confirmation at the time you join.

Memberships bill monthly, but services are not performed monthly. Your plan entitles you to a specific number of services per year, scheduled at intervals we agree on. Paying monthly spreads the cost; it does not mean a monthly visit.

7.2 Billing and Term

Membership begins on the date you enroll and bills monthly from that date.

The initial term is 12 months. After the initial term, membership continues month to month until cancelled.

We will send a reminder before each scheduled service and before any change in your plan price.

7.3 Scheduling and Expiration of Services

Each included service must be scheduled and performed within its designated window, which we will communicate to you in advance. Services not used within their window expire and do not roll over, accumulate, or carry into a later period. This prevents members from banking multiple services and requesting them all at once, which we could not staff.

We will send you reminders by text or email before each service window. It is your responsibility to schedule within the window.

7.4 Plan Changes

You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new rate applies at your next billing date. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current initial term or, if you are month to month, at your next billing date. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days notice to you by email or text.

7.5 How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected], calling REPLACE-WITH-PHONE, or using the cancellation link in your billing confirmation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

Cancelling during the initial 12-month term forfeits any unused service credit accrued under the plan. You will not be billed after the cancellation takes effect.

If you have already received more service value than you have paid in during the initial term, we may charge the difference between the plan payments made and the retail price of the services actually delivered.

7.6 Transfers

A membership is tied to a specific vehicle. If you sell that vehicle, you may transfer the remainder of your membership to the new owner one time at no charge, or to a replacement vehicle you own, subject to any price difference for a larger vehicle.

7.7 Suspension or Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate a membership if payment fails and is not cured within 10 days, if the vehicle is outside our service area, or if the member violates these Terms. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any amount you have paid for services not yet delivered.

8. Commercial Accounts

Dealerships, rental fleets, storage operators, and other business customers may be served under a separate written account agreement covering volume pricing, monthly minimums, turnaround commitments, invoicing, and payment terms. Where a signed commercial account agreement conflicts with these Terms, the account agreement controls for that customer.

9. Photographs and Documentation

9.1 We Photograph Every Job

We photograph every vehicle before and after service as a standard part of our process. These photographs are our record of the vehicle's condition when we arrived and when we finished. They support our billing, protect both of us in the event of a dispute, and are used to train our team.

9.2 Use in Marketing

By booking a service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs and video of your vehicle in our marketing, website, social media, and advertising. We will not include your name, your license plate, your address, or any identifying personal information.

You may opt out at any time. Tell us by email or text and we will exclude your vehicle from all marketing use. We will still retain the photographs as our internal service record, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Vehicle Condition, Damage, and Claims

10.1 Pre-Existing Condition

RVs accumulate wear. Sun damage, oxidation, crazing, lifting or cracked decals, failing seals, prior repairs, aftermarket additions, and previous poor-quality detailing are common and are often not visible until a surface is cleaned.

Our before photographs are the record of the vehicle's condition when we arrived. We are not responsible for conditions that existed before we began work, or for pre-existing defects that become more visible once dirt is removed.

10.2 Conditions We Cannot Be Responsible For

Even when we follow proper procedure, the following may occur on a vehicle that is already compromised, and we are not liable for them:

Failure, lifting, cracking, or loss of decals that were already brittle, previously repaired, lifting at the edges, or past their service life

Water intrusion through seals, seams, vents, windows, or roof penetrations that were already failed, cracked, or improperly maintained

Damage to aftermarket additions, wraps, or non-factory finishes you did not disclose

Clear coat or gel coat failure on surfaces already oxidized past the point of correction

Pre-existing scratches, dents, chips, rust, or corrosion

Damage caused by conditions at the site, including other vehicles, weather, falling debris, or third parties

10.3 Damage We Cause

We carry commercial general liability insurance and coverage for damage to vehicles in our care, custody, and control. If we damage your vehicle, we will make it right. We will repair the damage, arrange for repair by a qualified shop, or compensate you for the reasonable cost of repair, at our election.

10.4 How to Make a Claim

To make a claim, you must:

Notify us within 72 hours of service completion, by email to [email protected] or by phone to REPLACE-WITH-PHONE

Provide photographs of the damage

Allow us to inspect the vehicle before any repair is performed

Claims made more than 72 hours after service, or after a repair has already been performed without giving us the opportunity to inspect, may be denied. This is not to avoid responsibility — it is so we can compare the damage to our own before-and-after photographs while the evidence is fresh.

10.5 Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and correct it at no charge. This is our standard remedy for workmanship concerns.

11. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

11.1 About Our SMS Program

Wolf Pack RV Detailing operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers about their service. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

11.2 How You Join

11.5 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

11.6 How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe at any time.

You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling REPLACE-WITH-PHONE.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel a membership plan or a scheduled appointment. To cancel a membership, see Section 7.5.

11.7 Help and Support

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You can also reach us at:

11.8 Supported Carriers and Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected due to carrier issues, network problems, device settings, or a number that has been changed, ported, or reassigned.

You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours.

11.9 Privacy and Your Mobile Information

How we handle your mobile number and your consent is described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use our website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, interfere with its operation, or submit false or fraudulent information. All content on our website, including text, photographs, logos, and designs, is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

13. Disclaimers

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our services and website are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that any particular result will be achieved on a vehicle whose finish is already degraded. Oxidation correction, in particular, depends on the remaining thickness and condition of the gel coat, and some finishes cannot be fully restored. We will tell you honestly what we expect to achieve before we begin.

Protective products such as waxes and sealants have a limited service life that varies with sun exposure, storage conditions, and washing. We make no guarantee of a specific duration of protection.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, travel disruption, missed trips, or rental costs, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Except for physical damage to your vehicle caused by us, which is handled under Section 10, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by us.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your failure to obtain required permission from a property owner or facility, your failure to disclose a known condition of the vehicle, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

16.1 Talk to Us First

If you have a problem, contact us before taking any formal action. Most issues are resolved in a phone call. You agree to give us at least 30 days from written notice to resolve a dispute informally.

16.2 Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16.3 Small Claims

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

16.4 Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes affecting membership billing or your rights, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email or text where we have your contact information.

Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.
